When it comes to delivering your new product, rest assured our delivery partners have the experience to get it to your door quickly and safely anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Before you pay for your goods, we will indicate an approximate delivery timeframe for your item.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. You can track your order at any stage by logging into your online account , just check your order confirmation email for more information on how to log in.
We would also like to take this opportunity to assure customers that no additional VAT or Customs Duty will be applied to your order due to Brexit. All orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouse located in Dublin.
We are happy to take your old appliance back when we deliver your new appliance. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for one, like-for-like basis. Your appliance must be fully disconnected, clean and ready for the driver at the time of delivery. We do not provide an installation service at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: Before we arrive, you will need to ensure the following:
- Your device is outside your property.
- It is a like for like swap of the device.
- The item is empty and drained of any liquid.
